Lisa Jordan BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC. Certified OldPain2Go Practitioner.

Mind and Movement provides a mobile service in and around Kendal. 

Lisa is a Senior MSK physiotherapist and has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, having qualified in 2013 with a First Class (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

She is passionate about helping clients become free from pain and injury, to achieve this, her approach is to put the clients needs and goals at the heart of all her treatment.  This may include some hands off therapy, and/or mutual discussions to help clients understand where their pain is coming from and how to manage/reduce it.

By using evidence based practice, she draws on a range of disciplines to tailor individualistic goals, maximising clients fitness, health and wellbeing.

Lisa was drawn to physiotherapy through her own journey of running, hiking, general strength, conditioning and Pilates to support her passion for health and wellbeing.  

She specialises and has a keen interest in Chronic Pain, Injury Prevention, Running/hiking related Injuries, post surgery management and back pain. 

Lisa is a keen runner, hiker and adventurer and has hiked extensively in the US, New Zealand and Europe as well as having explored the deserts and wilder areas of Australia, Namibia and Kenya.
